Membership Terms & Conditions

Duration and Commitment: Membership requires an initial three-month commitment. After this period, members may choose to cancel or continue their membership. There are no blackout dates except during designated spa closures for holidays.
Fee Structure: Membership fees are billed monthly on the anniversary of the sign-up date. Acceptable payment methods include credit or debit card. A late fee of $25 is charged for payments not received within 5 days of the due date.

Discounts: Members enjoy exclusive discounts on products and services, which cannot be combined with other offers or applied to gift card purchases.

Change of Services: Members will receive notification via email of any changes to services, pricing, or terms at least 30 days before these changes are implemented. Members have the right to cancel their membership without penalty if they do not accept the proposed changes.
Privacy Policy Changes: The privacy policy is subject to change. Members will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance of any changes, allowing time to review how personal information will be managed.

Initial Commitment: Members are required to commit to a minimum of three months of membership.
Notice Requirement: After fulfilling the initial commitment, members wishing to cancel must provide at least a 10-day written notice prior to their billing date. This can be emailed to us at contact@alohamedspa.com
