Job Title: Aesthetic Medical Assistant / Licensed Aesthetician (Part-Time)
Aloha Med Spa is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Aesthetic Medical Assistant / Licensed Aesthetician. Whether you have a background in a medical or clinical setting, or you’re a licensed aesthetician eager to gain more experience in medical aesthetics, we’d love to hear from you!
Education & Experience
- Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Preferred Credentials: Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program or a valid Aesthetician license.
- Years of Experience: 1-2 years in a medical, clinical, or spa setting preferred (we are open to training the right candidate).
Key Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and education.
- Genuine enthusiasm for skincare, facials, and assisting with medical aesthetic procedures.
Responsibilities
- Facials & Skincare Services: Provide facials and other basic skincare services under the supervision of our medical team.
- Treatment Assistance: Assist with non-invasive aesthetic treatments such as injectables and laser procedures.
- Sanitation & Prep: Prepare treatment rooms, maintaining strict sanitation and turnover processes.
- Clinical Support: Support the RN with charting, patient prep, and post-procedure care instructions.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage appointment scheduling and patient follow-ups at the front desk.

Our Lihue location is looking for a friendly and efficient Front Desk Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and support our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone with customer service experience, interested in the aesthetic field, and looking to grow professionally in a dynamic environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Prior front desk or customer service experience in a healthcare or spa setting preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients and managing check-in and check-out processes.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining an organized appointment calendar.
- Answering phone calls, managing emails, and providing general support.
- Assisting with promotional events and maintaining the reception area.
Education & Experience
- Education: High School Diploma / GED required; further certification in medical assistance or aesthetics a plus.
