Aloha Med Spa offers a comprehensive portfolio of treatments for common skin concerns as well as specific aesthetic goals.
CoolPeel
CoolPeel is a laser resurfacing treatment intended to treat multiple skin concerns including sun damage, age spots, fine lines and wrinkles, and acne scarring. It will also reduce pore size and improve overall skin texture. All this is accomplished with minimal discomfort and downtime by using the most advanced fractional laser technology on the market.
The CoolPeel treatment is performed using the Deka SmartXide Tetra C02 laser, the most advanced aesthetic laser available today. The Tetra is the only laser that can control output to deliver high energy in extremely short-pulses to deliver impressive superficial, skin resurfacing results without the lingering heat that would traditionally damage the surrounding skin. The lack of unnecessary heat is why we call it cool- and how you get an immediate aesthetic effect with minimal discomfort and downtime.
The frequency of CoolPeel treatments using the Deka SmartXide Tetra CO2 laser depends on your skin type, the condition being treated, and your aesthetic goals. Here are some general guidelines:
- Initial Series of Treatments: Typically, a series of 3-4 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart is recommended for optimal results, especially for significant skin concerns like wrinkles, fine lines, acne scars, or hyperpigmentation.
- Maintenance Treatments: After the initial series, maintenance treatments may be done every 6-12 months to sustain the results and keep the skin looking its best.
- Individualized Plans: Some individuals with less severe concerns or those looking for a more gradual improvement may benefit from fewer treatments. Conversely, those with more severe skin issues might require additional sessions.
It's crucial to follow the advice of a qualified dermatologist or aesthetic professional who can tailor the treatment plan to your specific needs. They can assess your skin condition and provide a personalized recommendation on the frequency of CoolPeel treatments to achieve and maintain your desired results.
CoolPeels, performed using the Deka SmartXide Tetra CO2 laser, are designed to improve the appearance and texture of the skin with minimal downtime. Here are some specific groups who might benefit from CoolPeels:
- Individuals with Fine Lines and Wrinkles: CoolPeels can help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, promoting a smoother and more youthful complexion.
- People with Sun Damage: Those with sun-damaged skin can benefit from the resurfacing effects of CoolPeels, which can help reduce sun spots and other forms of hyperpigmentation.
- Individuals with Acne Scars: CoolPeels can improve skin texture and reduce the appearance of acne scars by promoting collagen production and skin renewal.
- Those Seeking Improved Skin Tone and Texture: CoolPeels can help even out skin tone and improve overall skin texture, making it smoother and more radiant.
- People with Enlarged Pores: CoolPeels can reduce the appearance of enlarged pores, resulting in a more refined and even complexion.
- Individuals Looking for Minimal Downtime: CoolPeels are designed to provide effective skin resurfacing with minimal downtime compared to traditional CO2 laser treatments, making them suitable for those with busy lifestyles who cannot afford prolonged recovery periods.
- People with Mild to Moderate Skin Concerns: CoolPeels are effective for treating mild to moderate skin concerns, making them a good option for those who need less aggressive treatment compared to deeper laser resurfacing.
- Those Seeking Preventative Treatment: CoolPeels can be used as a preventative measure to maintain healthy skin and address early signs of aging before they become more pronounced.
As always, it's essential to consult with a qualified dermatologist or aesthetic professional to determine if CoolPeel is the right treatment for your specific skin concerns and goals. They can provide personalized recommendations based on your skin type and condition.
