Terms & Conditions

Membership is for a 12-month period. No blackout dates, valid 5 days a week, except during spa closure for holidays. All appointments are subject to availability.
Memberships may not be transferred or shared, except for the 1 monthly ” gift your membership” option.
Member discounts may not be combined with other discounts, promotions, or packages. And are not valid for gift card purchases.
This agreement is non-refundable. Aloha Med Spa reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the membership program upon advance prior written notice.
Memberships are a minimum of twelve months.
Membership cancellations must be a 30-day advance written notification prior to the auto-renew date.
Members can gift a month of their membership to a family member or friend during the month gifted, all benefits will be available tothe recipient of the gifted membership. During this time the benefits will not be available to the membership holder.
Must have a valid Hawaii driver’s license or ID to purchase
